"God Listens and Attends to the Voice of Your Prayers"

"But truly God has listened, he has attended to the voice of my prayer." Psalm 66:19

I think about and pray for my marriage and family, LifePoint, A Transformational Church, LifeLine Ministries CRS, Inc., my subscribers, and the ministry work that lies ahead. In fact, I often find myself praying more for others than for myself, and for good reason. Each time I pray for someone besides myself, I feel like I'm actually loving that person while on my knees. As Elisabeth Elliot so eloquently said, "Prayer lays hold of God's plan and becomes the link between his will and its accomplishment on earth. Amazing things happen, and we are given the privilege of being the channels of the Holy Spirit's prayer." What a privilege it is to be a channel through which the Holy Spirit works. 

As you set aside time to prepare for what life has in store for you today, don't forget to pray for others. Why is that important? It's important because some of the most powerful, transformative, and liberating experiences you may ever encounter may come from the prayers you whisper for someone else in need. "The greatest gifts we can give to each other, is to pray for one another."
