LifeLine Ministries CRS, Inc. was established on Friday, June 21, 2002, as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. LifeLine has conducted training sessions and conferences locally, regionally, and nationally, contracting with organizations such as the National Baptist Congress of Christian Education, the Sunday School Publishing Board, Foster Family Treatment Association, and others.
The church-planting effort of LifePoint A Transformational Church is under the accountability, strategic oversight, financial support, and ministry accountability of LifeLine Ministries' Advisory Board for Church Planting, dedicated to church planting and ministry development.

The Purpose of LifeLine Ministries CRS is clear: "To equip people with the tools to resolve or manage conflict, heal from loss, strengthen relationships, and guide males toward becoming mature, responsible men."
