When was the last time you heard a word from the Lord at the time you needed to hear that word most? Maybe you were praying for direction or trying to make a crucial decision. What you needed was made available when you needed Him most. Thank God for His timing, but also remember, even if He didn't show up when you expected Him to, He's still on time. I can say that with confidence because we serve a God who's never late and He never forgets. This morning, I'm reminded of something my mom and dad often said, "He may not come when you want Him, but He's always on time."
Remember, when it comes to God moving in your life, He's not structured or bound by time. In fact, time was created for our structure, not His. The Bible teaches us that one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like one day to God. So, if you're waiting for Him to move in your life, and He hasn't moved yet, the best advice I can give is to keep waiting and remember, He will answer, but not based on your timing and/or expectations.
Things might get ugly as you wait; nevertheless, God will work it all out for your good.
