What If?

I hope and pray that each of my subscribers continues to enjoy this holiday season. As you can imagine, we had some family members arrive this past weekend, and we have more arriving today. The closer we get to JC's birthday, the more excited I get. I'm just a big kid at Christmas time. 

On this 23rd day of December, I would like to share with my readers another one of Becky Hemsley's poems.

What if the snow is actually an old man sieving                                                                                                             icing sugar over cookies from his castle in the sky?   

What if the rain is really a little girl watering her                                                                                                         garden from her favourite seat amongst the clouds? 

What if the thunder and lightning are really                                                                                                                            Donner and Blitzen practising for Christmas                                                                                                                    Eve, in between the stars up there? 

What if our imagination had never been                                                                                                                              tempered or toned down or dulled?                                                                                                                                   Yes, what if we still believed...                                                                                                                                             in magic
